This multi-year project consisted of 28 separate roofs, including reroofs and new construction. The high level of complexity necessitated coordination with consultants and a general contractor in scheduling and trade partnership.
To top it all off (pun intended), the reroofs included multiple styles of roofing systems, ballasted and fully adhered.
In addition to roofing, this project featured additional offerings, such as cooping, drain replacement, access ladder movement and additions.
